Microsoft SQL Server Native Client

Microsoft SQL Server support files and Microsoft SQL Server VSS Writer

I don't see anything specific to "2005 Express". Should I remove all 3 and then try to reinstall BCM?

I was very pleased to see your blog; however I had tried removing SQL 2005 based on something I saw on Microsoft website. It did not work - but I tried rebooting like you said and am sorry to say I am still in trouble.]

It is not possible to install Disc 2 of my MS 2007 pack - I have all the systems in buy cannot add Business Contact Manager at all.

Any further suggesetions would be much appreciated

Sue

Microsoft techs spent about 5 -6 hrs trying to figure all of this out. It has taken 3 techs and now it takes 5 mins for outlook to catch up typing 11/20/09. Most unfortunate thing is I do not know enough about computers to help myself. Microsoft has left me in the lurch and now will not even return my URGENT emails of error msgs that I am now getting. I am in worst state now that Microsoft tech has taken control of my computer to work on it than I was before I called.... I just wanted to use the program I paid for.... now I am pulling my hair out to do my daily work.... I hate it. Can someone please help me... I just want to go back to being able to type my emails in less than 5 minutes ..... thanks for putting this blog out there.... now at least I know it is not because I am just not computer wise enough!! Cheryl
