Content Controls and Repeating Data - Nugget Part 1

Okay, slight problem publishing to the MSDN nuggets site currently so instead of waiting around, I'll embed a Soapbox version here and follow up with Parts 2 & 3. Expect them to appear on the MSDN site in the fullness of time...

I now know what Soapbox was doing when it spent an hour "processing" each video. :-) When I get them onto the MSDN site you'll see the original quality but I'm still having issues publishing there. I'm hoping to get them up there next week sometime. Apologies for this. Mike
