Adventures with ASP.NET MVC

There I was considering whether a series of introductory blog posts on ASP.NET MVC was called for (yes, I know there are various videos and tutorials on www.asp.net but somehow they never seem to answer all the questions I have) modelled around building a very simple application when I stumbled on ScottGu’s latest blog post. I dunno, it’s like the guy’s some kind of mind-reader or something :-)

Anyway, Scott has written an ASP.NET MVC eBook tutorial, free to download, which takes you from the “File-> New Project” to “Ship It” of building an ASP.NET MVC application. It runs to 185 pages so it’s pretty comprehensive. I’m just looking at it now and there are various bits I want to play around with.

If you’re interested in learning how to build an ASP.NET MVC application, I’d suggest Scott’s eBook is *the* best way to get started.
