Your product feedback votes at work

Last week a few DCRs (design change requests) have been approved the Visual Web Developer area for implementation in VS 2005 Beta 2. You may like the fact that 80% are based on the user feedback posted at MSDN Product Feedback Center

I implemented an easy one last week: provide an option to switch off automatic addition of ID attribute. The option will be available in the Tools | Options | Text Editor | HTML | Miscellaneous page (a new one) and will affect Source view behavior as well as Design view behaviour for client-side elements. It will not affect Design view behaviour for ASP.NET controls since ID is required by the designer in order to work properly.

I am planning to blog about other changes as well when I see them come alive.

Ok, well go look at all of my comments on the site. There are some collossally stupid things with WinForms that MUST be fixed for Vs.net 2005 because it's just broken as it stands.

Sorry, which site? This one, MSDN Feedback or ASP.NET forums?

Because of the comments James wrote on Michael Swanson's blog, I think he is refering to MSDN Feedback Center.

Thank you very much !!
At least there is one person within MS who is not only reading but also understanding the implecations of so much feedback on this one subject. This will be a massive imporvement for me.
