New Design view in Orcas
So it is official now (see
here and
here) and now you know that we are planning new Design view for Visual Studio Orcas which is based on the
Quartz.
We are very serious about much better designer experience and extensive
CSS support. PDC attendees could see short demo of the early build of
Visual Studio Orcas that was using Quartz design surface. I am proud to
say that my team worked on the integration of the new designer into
Visual Studio and so far things are looking really good :-).
