Developers and Halo 2

Twice a year the Developer Division here at Microsoft has an all-hands meeting. After the meeting we have a Halo 2 tournament.  12 teams, 7 rounds, lots of fun and good competition.  This time things went our (Windows SDK) way.  I'm now the proud owner of this:
