Patch for Workshop Installer v1.0.0.0
This patch fixes the two problems that were reported with the older v1.0.0.0 version of the workshop installer. It patches: Generates the "InsuranceInspector" publication for the Putting It All Together lab. Installs the app.config file that was missing.
