If you haven't already heard, you should check out http://theserverside.net which has a bunch of great info on .NET development which includes Web service development with .NET.  I like the layout and general organization of the site.  Ted has pulled together an impressive chunk of content for his initial release.  Here's to hoping that the amount of great content will continue.
