There are a number of books out there, some language specific, others more general. While I am going to list a few books here, keep in mind that this is&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;not&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; an endorsement by Microsoft, just a few books I found useful. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The ones I read include: &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Test-Driven Development in Microsoft .NET&lt;/EM&gt; by Newkirk and Vorontsov.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Pragmatic Unit Testing in C# with NUnit&lt;/EM&gt; by Hunt and Thomas&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Extreme Programming Explained: Embrace Change 2nd edition&lt;/EM&gt; by Beck and Andres&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Extreme Programming Pocket Guide&lt;/EM&gt; by chromatic&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have also heard good things about &lt;EM&gt;Test Driven Development: By Example&lt;/EM&gt; by Beck. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hope that helps.&amp;nbsp; Of course, grab a book, get the ideas in your mind, then try it out.&amp;nbsp; That is the best way to learn a lot of these skills: Doing them.&lt;/P&gt;
