This three-day technical hands-on instructor led workshop will introduce you to the new features and functionality of Microsoft® SQL Server® 2008, and will provide a set of best practices to help you and your customers get the most out of databases running on this new platform. You will learn how to manage, optimize, and help secure databases running under SQL Server 2008, and also use SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services and Analysis Services. Note: You should have experience developing or administering SQL Server 2005-based databases.
