The Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) for Software Assurance is a dynamic desktop solution available to Software Assurance customers, which helps reduce application deployment costs, enables delivery of applications as services, and allows for better management and control of enterprise desktop environments. This four day instructor led course provides a deep dive on SoftGrid, including basic system components, planning and implementing components, introduction to sequencing, advanced sequencing concepts and tools, plus hands-on-labs) as well as an overview of the other 4 MDOP technologies - Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset, Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM), System Center Desktop Error Monitoring (SCDEM), and Advanced Inventory Scanning (AIS).
