I made mention of this tool in my last post and decided that it might be helpful for people who have installed (or are considering installing) the tool to know exactly what it considers to be a best practice.  In my travels around the Internet recently, I came across someone out there who was helpful and published all of the rules and best practices that the SQL BPA checks for.  For those that are interested, here is the link : SQL BPA Rules
