Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 is available as a 90-day trial version in each language in which its available. The download page will be updated with new languages as they are released.

Download the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Trial Versions in either 32 or 64-bit!
Download the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook (For On-Premise and Hosted Editions) 32 bit!

Download the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Data Migration Manager 32 bit!

Simon Hutson just beat my post with 1 minute!

as of about 2 hours ago my server was upgraded and running the v4.0 release :-)

Server upgrade went smoothly and web clients working fine - having some issues getting outlook clients to connect though.

We are a Microsoft Gold ISV Partner that received our CRM 3.0 Keys with the Certified Partner program. Can we install the CRM 4.0 Trial and then use our CRM 4.0 ISV Keys once they're released to us by the Partner Program?  Or will there be a different set of bits for Microsoft Certified Partners for CRM 4.0?

Mark, The bits will be the same. Make sure your Partner Program keys can update the trial license. (This should work, but checking doesn't hurt)

First glitch during upgrade of existing 3.0 CRM; "Setup detected files in use" warning during upgrade; which was puzzling since I had just rebooted the server prior to starting the upgrade to ENSURE no files were busy, and the only one using the server was me. I didn't have any applications running.

Checking Task manager, I discovered 'GrooveMonitor.exe' running; I blew it away and my installation proceeded.
