What i want in this CRM software is to be able to bring up product listings from the inventory to show our clients..rather then having to carry around our catalogues all the time.

I also want to be able to create invoices in the program, and have customers sign their acceptance on the invoice upon closing and delivery.

I would also like to be able to book and alot jobs to the calendar, so if we are out in the field and get requests for custom digital banner work....we can have real time access to what time slots are available for printing.

i heard from my friend in microsoft that the mobile edition will be available somewhere around mid of 2006.

First of all, congratulations with your move to the states.

We will miss your knowledge in the Netherlands but I understand your move.

Just a little question about CRM mobile;

Can it only be installed on a English version of ms CRM prof or sbs?

Is it true that we can not install it on a Dutch version?

Jeroen thank you for your comment. It is true that you cant install it on a Dutch version since it has to be the same language. We have a new Mobile version out that can do it. The big difference is that it needs "online" access to the CRM database.
