In his &lt;a href="http://blogs.msdn.com/techtalk/archive/2005/07/19/440647.aspx"&gt;latest entry&lt;/A&gt; he talks about a party the Office group throws for their summer interns. I think it is interesting that Microsoft VPs believe that interns are important enough to show up at parties to talk to them. OK maybe it is that the parties are fun but still ...&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face=Arial&gt;In actual fact I have found that the VPs I have wanted to contact have all been very &lt;SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA"&gt;approachable&lt;/SPAN&gt;. That's one of the things that makes Microsoft a great company to work for.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
