&lt;p&gt;As far as clicking on the link and having the Top Downloads list come back, hopefully you discovered that the Save As dialog box sometimes hides behind other windows and doesn't appear in the task tray. I have asked Akamai about that behaviour as they had changed in earlier so it stopped doing that.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As far as the FAQ referencing SP2 rather than SP3, we alerted the release team about this and they told us it was 'by design&amp;quot;. It didn't make sense to me either. &lt;/p&gt;
