Hi, I'm Scott Austin, Director of Consumer Programming on the MSN Shopping team. 
 
It’s an exciting time here at MSN Shopping. We have so many changes and new features coming up.  We thought we’d start a blog to allow you to communicate with us.

MSN Shopping Insider gives us the opportunity to share our upcoming changes with you. A sneak-peak so to speak, at what is in store from us. Having a blog will allow us to interact with you about any questions you have.

Good luck guys on this initiative. We have found that MSN is currently providing the best search results (better than Google and way too better than Yahoo), so apply the same principles and make this work as well.

Good luck to MSN. Always loved MSN ever since the beginning, and then the big hype about Google... still not a big fan, however everywhere you look, its the big talk of the town.
