Scott Austin - Director of Consumer Programming
Scott Austin is responsible for the consumer experience on MSN Shopping, which includes; traffic, design, and merchandising. Scott joined Microsoft in 1999, where he worked in ops and international for MSN before joining MSN Shopping in April 2004. In addition, Scott has led the initiative for a complete redesign to bring MSN Shopping up-to-date with industry standards in consistency and predictability for a comparison shopping site.
