Mackenzie Steele – Group Program Manager
As Lead Program Manager for shopping services, Mackenzie leads a team that is focused on developing commercial services leveraged across MSN and Microsoft, including community initiatives and MSN Search. She is passionate about making the web a better place through harnessing collective intelligence, intuitive interfaces, and integrated services. She also enjoys tinkering with agile development methodologies to make it all move forward faster. Prior to returning to Microsoft, Mackenzie worked at drugstore.com as Group Program Manager where she honed her e-commerce know how.
Outside of work, Mackenzie and her husband enjoy traveling, cooking, and playing poker.
