Yet again MSD shows predudice towards non-USA users. Time and again they release \ offer products like this but if oyu live in the UK (Like I do) then just forget about obtaining anything that might be of use. When it comes to things that are detrimental to the average user MS makes them available to us then

@ Ernie: ernie, it is not a matter of Microsoft choosing to exclude you or anyone in the UK.  Remember that Microsoft US is a different subsidiary than Microsoft EMEA, so different subsidiaries run different offers and programs.  Microsoft US included everyone within its territory.  You might want to ask your contact at Microsoft EMEA about this to see if they might have this in their plans for the future.
