Anything for non-US buyers?  Currently in US apple store office 2008 home and student is discounted to $130.  In UK apple store it's undiscounted at £110.  (at exchange rate of 1.67 + VAT of 15% $130 would be £90).

I'm sorry, but I don't know.  The Microsoft subsidiaries in each country determine that kind of thing, and I'm not plugged into that at all.
