So is this like fraud? Ricavision is completely gone. this DOES NOT look good for this effort, product or vision. Can we assume it will rise from the ashes?

I'm not sure what you're referring to for them being gone. When we chose the SDK contest winner, we were unable to confirm a ship date and gave the option to the winner to either wait or take the cash value, per the rules for substition when the prize isn't available.
