You can still get V3.1 from ARM if you purchased V4.0. We've had some reports that you can just copy the setenv_RVDS3.1.cmd settings and change the version number to 4.0 and it still works. That's not been thoroughly tested here so it's not officially supported.&lt;/p&gt;

However it also does not explicitly mention whether the Porting Kit will be included in that level when it does become available in July. Can you comment on whether it will be included?&lt;/p&gt;
