  1. Your name, date of purchase and Transaction ID
  2. Details of book purchased from us and the checkout total
  3. The Amazon.com (US site only) checkout total* for the identical book

*Checkout total must include the following; unit cost after any applicable discounts, added GST at 10% and the expedited international shipping fee all converted into AU$ at the exchange rate of the day as published on www.westpac.com.au.
