Team Foundation Server: 2000 Users? No worries!
Just up on Brian Harry's blog in the last couple of days: load-testing results show that TFS will happily scale to accomodate development teams of up to 2000 developers. This was on a split app/data tier config, with 2Way/4GB in the app tier and 4Way/16GB in the data tier. Brian mentions in his article that they could scale further with larger hardware, and they are continuing to test this.
Should put to rest any concerns you might have had regarding whether or not Team Foundation Server would scale to accomodate large teams :)
