Cats help Microsoft Research

If you were not one of the lucky people who attended Microsoft TechFest yesterday, all is not lost!  You can find much of what we shared .  Microsoft Research opened the doors and invited in developers, it pros and other folks who generally wouldn't get to see our early technology projects.  As a person who markets to developers, I have been pushing for a public TechFest for years!  One of the requests devs always make of Microsoft is that we share technology earlier.  Many of the demos we shared may not make it into our products.  However, the new technology may spark an idea for a developer.  I also believe the surest way for Microsoft to prove we are innovative is to share our Microsoft Research with you.

I was host to a number of influencers yesterday including , , , and .  There were many others, and I'm sure you will find great posts on the research shared.  I hope this is the first of many opportunities to share our research with all of you.

Well you are right Martin :-) but I decided the headline was enough!  It's all about getting devs attention!  Hey - I'm going to be at the MVP Summit on Thursday and hope to see you.
