Yes and No. Yes Software can change the world because of the fact that it CAN. No software can not change the world because nothing we can really do by keeping the great softwares in our computer with out solid development plan which we are lacking in the current IT industry , we need development methodology which can bring the software application developers and software application users together in a integrated system, we can not develop the software just like that , everyone in the world develops something targetting some sector of people/organisations etc., and developing applications with out these doesnt make any sense, and we need solid development methodology which adddress this issue and thats where i am coming from ..i want to be part of team where we have flexibility to implement innovative methodologies to get finest output quality and i beleive this is only possible with organisations / companies who are into Research and Development.

With my experience in IT industry.. specilization in some skills and mastery in some skills doesnt really help in getting the fine Quality output , its just the commitment .. the commitment to deliver the best.. and zeal to deliver the best.. that really matters.An average one with high commitment will deliver the best than the master professional with poor commitment.
