Microsoft today released Office Business Application (OBA) Reference Architecture Pack (RAP) for Health Plans, aka Consumer Engagement Reference Architecture (CERA).  This OBA RAP demonstrates the use of the Office platform combined with Microsoft's existing and emerging consumer technologies and its team productivity technologies into an adaptive framework to simplify, accelerate, and provide health plans the capacity to engage and keep consumers engaged in their health.
