I'd like to see what Clippy does after leaving Microsoft. Does he run for office? Does he open an office supply store?

I'd like to see prequels and sequels to the Clippy story - sort of like a film series; "Rocky", "Star Wars" or "Indiana Jones".
For example, the "Rocky" backstory, you could give him a "down-and-out" bar-fly moment when he muses how he could have been a contender and have him railing aginst the Office 2007 Ribbon UI. Then you could catalog his hard rise back to the Web 2.0 world as he transforms himself into a Silverlight help avatar. And so on.
There's just so much material in that little paperclip - you can't let him die...
Those are awesome ideas, Siobhán. I especially like the idea of a prequel, what Clippy did *before* Office. Hilarious.
Clippy is just too good to ignore.
