&lt;p&gt;I must say @ this point that I really enjoyed your presentation this afternoon. And to cap it all up your comments and answers were most explanatory. Keep up the good work. A last note : I recently earned the Masters Qualification in MOS 2003 and before I could say Jack Robinson..2007 came knocking in London..How do I go about updating myself with the new certifications of MOS + Business Applications. &lt;p&gt;I really enjoyed the forum last week and found it very useful. I recall somebody mentioned a case study on logistics (lorries making deliveries using and in/out gate system). Sorry I can't remember who mentioned this or find a link to it - any ideas?&lt;/p&gt;
