&lt;p&gt;So if you get Home and Student edition which does not include Outlook, it will remove an important feature from Outlook Express with out providing a replacement, madness!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Surely you guys could have ensured the old format dictionaries remained on the computer, rather than just replacing them!&lt;/p&gt;
