The Madison Who's Who site is blocked here at work.  I won't be able to fully enjoy it until I get home.  The fact that it is blocked here though speaks volumes because they hardly block anything here.

There's a whole weird ecosystem of fake Who's Who books and related things - award programs, Directories of Very Important Companies and so on. The publication or award in question often does actually exist, but the only people who get a copy of the documentation are those who've paid the hefty "administrative fee".

There's a not-entirely-surprising crossover between people who collect meaningless paid-for awards and people who fall for the Who's Who scams. I reflected on this a while ago:

Unfortunately, the real thing is sometimes no better: I could name a number of people with PhDs with no intelligence or ability to grasp the implications of clear evidence; some highly regarded academic honours recipients who have engaged in scientific fraud; and some corrupt administrators engaged in coverup of criminal activities of their staff (including allowing severe injury to "befall" complainants) who have received honours from the Queen.

I think both of them are master mind of same person. he will claim is is smart in a directory where you need to pay to see listings.. when you pay he will get money.. so some times down the line he is targeting to become Trillionaire..

But Ray, where do you find time to see such people..
