I disagree with one element of the article:
"Antivirus Protection: Even though viruses that target mobile devices are not as prevalent as those targeting desktop computers, they are still a potential threat to any software on the device."
Until there's actual viruses for handheld devices in the wild for A/V software to recognise, all your A/V software can do is reduce the reliability and performance of your PDA. And once there are viruses to look for, the A/V software will still do nothing until you install an updated signature file... so you may as well wait until then to install it at all.
