Key discussion points during the meeting were the role of software and how it is changing the UC value proposition and adoption and the importance of partners in making UC a reality

Probably an hour of the time was talking about the various categories of partners Microsoft works with in Australia including

·         Systems Integrators

·         Hosting companies

·         Telecommunications carrier

·         PABX providers

·         Video & Audio Conferencing providers

·         Independent Software Vendors (ISV)

·         Hardware providers

All these organisations need to work together today to provide each customer and market with an end to end solution
