The one thing I'm trying to get to work and maybe i'm asking TOO much, is that if you create a calender item in SharePoint, and you are using categories in Outlook for your calendar events, is there any way to get SharePoint to "look up" your categories from Outlook so that it's a dropdown list?

If you type the wrong category in SharePOint it "creates" the cateogry in Outlook, which is not always a desirable outcome.

On the other hand, if you create a calendar item in Outlook, it will create the item in Sharepoint, but if you change the category on the Outlook calendar item after it was created by SharePoint, it doesn't get updated in SharePoint, but it will vice versa (SharePoint will update Outlook).
