&lt;p&gt;You can drag/drop all appointments between calendars pretty easily. Open the first calendar, click View | Current View | All Appointments and then select all of the appointments and drag them to the second calendar. Hope this helps!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;How can this be done in Outlook 2007? &amp;nbsp;This has been antagonizing me and my roommates for weeks now.&lt;/p&gt;
