QnA: Voice tags - where are they stored?
Question:

Struggling to find the answer to this question. Recently lost my voice tags during a reset (WM5 smartphone). Would like to know where voice tags are stored so I can back up folder.

Answer:

The stock Windows Mobile does not include a voice tags software. The one you see in your device is most likely a 3rd party application installed by the device vendor(OEM) or your cell phone company(operator). You would need to find out which company makes the voice tag software and seek their help on backing up the tags.

I've got a replacement Mogul and would like to copy my contacts to the new phone. How do I do this?

I was hoping to find a contacts folder/file. Does one exist?

this is stupid.. contact pictures something that has virtualy no importance can sync with outlook but voicetags can't and if windows mobile (windows phone OS for gods sake) does not have an integrated voice tag feature and relies on 3rd party than that is pretty sad...
