Here is essentially what I am looking for:

The person should be able to get the second appointment with a CTO of a multi Billion $$ ISV. Essentially that means that the candidate will be very strong technically, should have led dev efforts, shipped a product, should know how to communicate at the CXO level and should command a compelling presence.
