AOS shutting down clients unexpectedly
This issue pops up regularly in the AX Dynamics newsgroups and our internal mailling lists.
The AOS shuts down clients unexpectedly with the error "The server has terminated the session. The client will now close."
This is due to a problem with remote procedure calls (RPC) and to fix the problem you must install the following update for the machine where the AOS resides: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1f6c047f-f082-4e6f-8885-387bef9c9d69&DisplayLang=en
Please note that the update also applies to Windows XP even though the heading on the site specific refers to Windows Server 2003.
