&lt;p&gt;You can pretty easily delete the RTC components out of this sample. It also has valuable email and active directory activities for WF. Or you may prefer the ASP.NET WF quickstart which I blogged about recently and presented at TechEd EMEA this week. All it requires is IIS and SQL Server.&lt;/p&gt;
