This event covers two essential security topics for Web developers: ASP.NET 2.0 and Web Services security.
Starting with ASP.NET 2.0, we will cover a host of new security features including authentication and authorisation providers, new management tools, changes to code access security policy for partial trust Web applications, configuration file encryption, health monitoring and more.
In the second session we will examine and demonstrate how you can use WSE 3.0 security features to address confidentiality, integrity and authentication requirements of your distributed solution, and explore new technologies associated with the exposure of functionality on potentially unsecured networks.
Covering key skills for web developers, this event will introduce and demonstrate new features and provide guidance showing you when and how you should use them.
