Assigning Work Requests

For most of my projects, I don't get the benefit of assigning work requests to others. (However, for one of my current projects, the project's chief decision-maker and I have agreed to let me assign work requests when I finish them back to her for review.)

Phrasing Work Requests

As I develop my projects' lists of work requests, it helps to phrase these work requests as specific as possible. The more specific the phrasing, the easier it can be to prioritize and schedule the work. I try to begin work requests with an action word.
