Autofocus: Dissecting the Instructions #5 - Complete the Current Page First

In this series of blog posts, I'm going through each step of the Autofocus instructions...

"Continue going round the same page in the same way. Don’t move onto the next page until you complete a pass of the page without any item standing out...."

Each page should be viewed as a "closed list." Working with closed lists can help you gain more control of your tasks hopefully without getting as distracted or stressed-out about the other pages. (For electronic-based lists, you may need to figure out how to group "pages" into "screens" of about 25 to 35 tasks.)
