Will Vista allow cloned mode with two different resolutions so a 7" LCD screen like VoodooPC includes will actually be useful with Media Center? Otherwise they should inform customers in their advertisements that what you see pictured on that screen won't be what you see on your TV! Or maybe they think their customers want to watch HDTV on that 4:3 LCD screen??

Good point.  It's not really up to Vista, though, since "clone" mode is something that a driver supports, not the OS.  At least, not that I'm aware of (it's never worked that way before).

Maybe they'll do a custom application to use that space?

What happened?! What caused this delay with Vista? Was it the eHome team and Media Center development? It sounds like its got something to do with the digital media end of Vista because Microsoft said they are still on track to release Vista for business users, who normally wouldn't need Media Center-type features.

Anything to do with the AACS delay like Sony announced was causing their PS3 to be delayed?

What a disappointment.
