Interesting.  I will try to follow-up on this in the near future since we are a large law firm and probably utilize this scenario more than many.  For now, I am looking for your suggestions in handling emails as part of records mgmt.  While we categorize everything by client and matter, e.g. XYZ corp/tax litigation, and we currently can tag email accordingly for move to a public folder structure, but this is not ideal, so where do we store it next?  I am leaning towards bulkloading into Sharepoint. Would like the workflow to go directly form Outlook tagging into WSS/MOSS.  I want full text indexing, and I would like to leverage power of web parts and portal
