&lt;p&gt;You can use the SDK installer to only installt he SDK's tools. &amp;nbsp;This takes about 5 minutes. &amp;nbsp;THe xperf tools are in their on MSI installer, so feel free to just download the SDK once then keep them on a server for your organization.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'll make a blog post in a couple of days showing how to do this.&lt;/p&gt;
