Angelab posted on how to get free developer training (for a limited time).  If you havent tried any of the the e-learning titles--they are a nice way to learn.  Easy, no-fuss, and no-mess.  You don't even need the software--as the online virtual labs have everything setup for you. 

Below are the collections broken out into training modules.. Some good stuff.  I just went through one on ClickOnce.  You can also take these offline!  For instructions on how to sign up, refer to AngelaB's blog.
