And it just keeps getting better." 
&lt;LI&gt;When I joined, I was told that management has an open door policy.&amp;nbsp; So far, this has been true in every situation that I have run across.

I get many questions from people internal and external to Microsoft.&amp;nbsp; Many times, &lt;A href="http://blogs.msdn.com/pmaroun/archive/2007/03/16/i-don-t-know.aspx" mce_href="http://blogs.msdn.com/pmaroun/archive/2007/03/16/i-don-t-know.aspx"&gt;I don't know the answer&lt;/A&gt;, but all it takes is an email to get the right answer. 
&lt;LI&gt;As a Microsoft employee, I have an empowering feeling that I can take my career wherever I want it to go.&amp;nbsp; This organization has great breadth. 
&lt;LI&gt;Kids think I'm cool because I get XBox games and accessories at a discount.
