Where to download it for server 2008? Hasn't it been RTM in the MSDN bits for Win 7 and 2008 R2 MSDN for a while?

There is no PowerShell v2 on my Windows 7 RTM Enterprise that was downloaded way before Oct 22nd via volume licensing.

Are you sure that v2 is included? :-)
