&lt;p&gt;I just discovered powershell ! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But when i try to create a simple test file via this command for example :&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;PS&amp;gt; &amp;quot;hello world!&amp;quot; | out-file c:\test.txt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It returns me an error ! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is there a configuration that i missed ?!&lt;/p&gt;
